Starting Your Yoga Practice?

Remember, you don't NEED any props to practice Yoga, however, if you feel like you'd prefer a little extra support or to take some postures deeper, certain props can be really beneficial within your asana practice.

Below, I'm sharing some of my favourites and the brands I use myself.

Foam Blocks

I use these in my own practice, and use the same brand when I teach too:



Super handy for deep stretching postures, and for helping to loosen up tight shoulders and hamstrings:


Yoga Mat

This mat is good quality and really grippy so you won't slide around!
